Tasting note

Deep lemon with intense aromas of green apple, pear and lemon and mandarine peel. Hint of yeast and lees. Palate of stone fruit (peach), honeysuckle and a hint of spicyness. Very nice wine. We had it with spicy Thai food and it was delicious.
