Tasting note

Deep garnet. Aromatic layers of blueberry, blackcurrant and dark plum wrapped in a cedar-and-ebony woody core, accented with violet and cocoa. Medium-to-full bodied, supple and fruit-forward; firm yet polished tannins with lively acidity keep it beautifully balanced. Long, savory finish. Pairs with grilled steak, twice-cooked pork and Peking duck. Decant 30–60 minutes; serve at 16–18°C.
