Tasting note
The aroma has obvious flower fruit fragrance, pear fragrance. With an elegant nutty and bakery aroma. On the palate, medium - bodied with a clear sweet taste. After that, theres a little nutty flavor. The palate is very layered and elegant. The finish is long, with different tasting. Compared to other mainstream Chinese baijiu, Maofu is more layered, more complex and more suitable for tasting, which is typical of high-scoring baijiu.
